Unfortunately there is no zero star option otherwise that would have been my mark. Paid for 48 hrs delivery, package was collected 6 days (SIX) after. When delivered, it was delivered without waiting for the receiver to sign and check it and in the package there was a different item. Packlink+UPS terrible combination. Since then (3 months ago) no justification, no explanation, no refund, nothing

Any form of refund or partial refund was explicitly refused.

Instead of investigating the issue properly, they issued a meaningless refund that didn’t even cover the value of the damage.

Due to poor communication between Packlink and eBay, I was left with no choice but to pay a £180 refund fee to eBay, and on top of that, the item I originally sold has been lost.

Absolutely terrible service , I sent 2 parcels through packlink ( yodel) the tracking was stuck , I contacted yodal via live message and phone , could never get through to a proper person , constantly tried which I have the evidence , then was told to contact packlink directly, they said I needed evidence I had contact yodel , which I sent loads over , to be told they were refusing my claim as I needed the date tracking name and my name on the emails as I had gone a couple of days over there time frame to complain, the staff were unhelpful, iv lost 2 parcels and had to pay the buyers back for the items and refund there postage, so I have lost the items and out of pocket for the delivery, They are happy to take your money but don't deliver the service ,will not be using them again , very disappointed and dissatisfied, stay clear of them if you can.

Despite providing extensive documentation, including photos, eBay order and refund details, and even suggesting a full investigation, Packlink refused to process the claim, citing ‘prohibited or non-compensation items.

Packlink will ruin your posted items and discard, sight unseen, (do the couriers just throw it in the nearest ditch after they've trampled it? Dunno), then-if you bleat really, really hard-they may offer you a "goodwill" refund on the proviso you won't get another no matter how many of your items they destroy in the future, like they're doing you a favour.

Do not use this service, never!! The parcel was lost, which they confirmed, and I was supposed to receive a refund within 30 days, but this never happened. After 30 days, I asked for a refund and suddenly they claim that they have a dispute with the carrier, which has been going on for two months now. They also stopped replying to emails. No parcel and no refund. I advise you to avoid!!!

I received a negative comment from my customer due to this problem and if the product is not found, I will have to refund the money.
