Paid for next-day delivery with Keavo, but my parcel wasn't delivered. There's only a message saying "An incident has affected the package’s delivery to its final destination", but I cannot get any further clarifications. Opened a ticket, sent several messages but nothing. The Reverb buyer is upset and there is nothing I can do. I used Packlink several times, but this was the last time. I do not recommend using this company.

I am incredibly disappointed with Packlink's service. I shipped an item following all required steps, but it arrived damaged. Despite providing extensive documentation, including photos, eBay order and refund details, and even suggesting a full investigation, Packlink refused to process the claim, citing ‘prohibited or non-compensation items.’ Not only were the requirements unclear from the start, but Packlink’s support team continued to ask irrelevant questions, dragging out the process and ignoring my initial request for a thorough investigation. I will never use Packlink again and will recommend against it to anyone I know, as well as share this experience on all available review platforms to warn others about their poor customer service and lack of accountability. Yessica should do her homework before accusing people that their claims are out of the 30 day upload. When all evidence is provided and still being told sorry but you have lost your money. This is unprofessional behaviour and all staff in my opinion should be re-trained with communicating better with human beings. daylight robbery, you are thieves and I will not let this go.

They charge extra charges after a month without even tell you prior to charge you and they ask YOU for the evidence! How can they charge without evidence?? Shameful! I just can't believe a company can do that. Is that even legal? That means they can just change everyone whatever they want and it's up to the customer to prove them wrong. That's just awful.

Charged more than 65 euros additional to the 38 euros paid to sent the pack, just because the package was some grams over and slightly more heavy. AVOID at any cost!!

Absolute scam of a company! They demand so much information off you to make a claim they make it near on impossible to get it paid out! You give all the evidence they ask for and then they want more and more! Then when you give them that evidence it's not "acceptable" what do you want me to do pack it in front of your eyes and hand deliver it? Joke of a company and the fact you can't call and speak to someone just shows that they like to hide behind silence. They're a complete scam company! BEWARE

Terrible ! Paid full cost for size and weight for items under 10 kg, they later charged me for 32 kg for 22 parcels. They want you to dispute them individually providing evidences like measurement and lable of the item that was already sent out. Hovewer , they can clearly see what you have sold and it cannot be 32 kg!!!! I opened 22 cases already as it is not fair charge. Hoping people have no time for that and don’t mind to pay them extra 3-4 gbp for each ))) for nothing

AVOID AVOID AVOID We had a terrible experience with Packlink, which after destroying a package a business sent to us, and after requesting photographs and proof of the damage, and estimating the compensation for the damage themselves, are now refusing to accept the claim. We bought two paintings from a gallery in Spain, which were shipped by the gallery to our house in Luxembourg. Online tracking showed both were travelling together and delivery was expected at the same time. However, only one got delivered and received an automatic notification that the other package was being returned. We reached to Packlink, who took several days to locate the package that had returned to their warehouse in Barcelona, and subsequently resent it to our home. We received the package almost 3 weeks after the first painting arrived in our home, while I was away on a business trip. That weekend (5 days after delivery) I saw the package, which had been wrapped in ‘Skynet’ (the transport service used by Packlink) branded tape, unlike the first one, which came in the orininal wooden box the gallery had placed it into. I also noticed the exterior of the package (made of wood) presented numerous signs of mishandling (cracks, scratched, chips and even footprints of boots). I immediately took pictures of the exterior and the inside of the package, as well as the painting, which had been damaged in several parts, and reported it to Packlink. Packlink then opened a claim in their system and requested a description of the damages and additional photographs of the damaged box, the interior wrapping, the damages to the painting and the transport label on the box, which we provided immediately (I was lucky to have taken pictures of the unpacking process and have kept all the packing materials just in case. I see many users having trouble with their claims as normally users should not need to be documenting the unpacking, but Packlink has new made up rules asking for these pictures in order to process claims). After about two weeks or so, Packlink then sent an email confirming the claim file was complete that the full amount insured was to be refunded in the coming days. A few hours after this email, Packlink sent another email saying that the claim (opened a couple of weeks before and for which they had requested pictures and information on the damages) was not to be processed as it had not been reported at the time of receipt of the package. This is not only unreasonable, but also illegal, as all deliveries in the EU enjoy a period of 14 days for inspection, claims and returns (https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm). Packlink is being extremely difficult to deal with, has no phone to reach out for customer service, is not transparent in their processes and makes up new hurdles on the go for the clients. I know I am in the right, so I will continue with my claim, and further present the case to the relevant consumer protection authorities (https://www.kontsumobide.euskadi.eus/informacion/como-hacer-una-reclamacion-de-consumo/webkon00-kb2contm/es/), and take any legal action I may need, until they process the claim. Disgusting vile excuse for a company they destroyed my item i sent. The tracking says damaged during transit and returned it to me repacked and destroyed, i opened a claim and after ignoring me for weeks and provided full proof of this with photos but their worthless excuse of customer service said they can't see any of the clear evidence im giving, all the proof you could need but they have obviously been advised to scam their customers so they cant give out refunds even though its their fault. Avoid this pathetic excuse of a company.

A sent a parcel that I sold on eBay using Evri which they then lost in transit - they admitted this to me when I eventually got hold of someone via email after writing to their CEO as their chatbot and phone service couldn't deal with the query. By the time Evri had contacted me it was just over 30 days and they informed me I must claim against Packlink because although they had lost it I had used pickling on eBay (I chose Evri but it was 'powered' by packlink. Having navigated backlinks claim process and submitted the claim they then inform me I am outside the time window for claiming (30 days) even though Evri had only told me to contact them on the same day. Both PackLink and Evri offer the worst customer service I have ever experienced and did everything in their power to ensure the process was as difficult and drawn out as possible even though they were 100% in the wrong. They have a total disregard for customers and should be held to account for it but of course they won;t be which is why they are the way they are - complete Scum

They lost an item in transit and apparently any item sold on ebay that is over 50 DAYS OLD is considered an antique and falls foul of their compensation process. Stupid policy for eBay as most items are 2nd hand.

Took money out for an overweight parcel a month after I send it. I'm not concerned as I have very clear photos of my parcel (Ice read reviews so was prepared), no use at all, charged anyway and just endless generic responses from customer service leading me to believe that they don't actually review your photos. Packlink is basically a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Packlink will ruin your posted items and discard, sight unseen, (do the couriers just throw it in the nearest ditch after they've trampled it? Dunno), then-if you bleat really, really hard-they may offer you a "goodwill" refund on the proviso you won't get another no matter how many of your items they destroy in the future, like they're doing you a favour. If you don't demean yourself/are not vocal, you'll get zilch. If you plan to send anything via Packlink -especially something expensive -I'd have a long, hard think about it first.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL Service was ordered via eBay and sent via Packlink as below: ""Yodel Store to Door | Drop-off Up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions 120 x 50 x 50 cm. Powered by Packlink."" My parcel is 4 kg and 85 x 48 x7 cm. 08.03.24 09:37 Received by MORRISONS (Yodel collection point). 1) I contacted Yodel Online. They say: "The driver was unable to pick up the parcel" so, please get in touch with Packlink and book a new collection. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ILLOGICAL SERVICE - THEY ACCEPTED PACKAGE - THE DRIVER DIDN’T PICK UP - THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER IN THE SYSTEM AND WILL STAY IN THE STORE ON THE FLOOR FOR WEEKS. 2) I contacted the Yodel store: They say that only this YODEL driver is “completely crazy” and does not collect parcels that are not right for him. After 10 days (+ new delivery), the recipient no longer wants this package. 3) I am trying to contact Packlink but - there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I can only report it as lost etc. even though the package is 3 minutes from my house and I want it back. What can I do next - please advise.
