I am incredibly disappointed with Packlink's service. I shipped an item following all required steps, but it arrived damaged. Despite providing extensive documentation, including photos, eBay order and refund details, and even suggesting a full investigation, Packlink refused to process the claim, citing ‘prohibited or non-compensation items.’ Not only were the requirements unclear from the start, but Packlink’s support team continued to ask irrelevant questions, dragging out the process and ignoring my initial request for a thorough investigation. I will never use Packlink again and will recommend against it to anyone I know, as well as share this experience on all available review platforms to warn others about their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
