Like many others here, the parcel I sent through eBay went missing. I refunded the buyer £70. Eventually Packlink agreed the claim. The £5 postage was refunded and they said they would compensate me with £25. It has never arrived, emails disappear into the black hole named Antonio.
Avoid.
