Total scam company. We have to pay straight away for a postage service and my parcel was posted by 3-4 days postage label the parcel never moved in delivery status. I contacted them everyday and 2 weeks and 1 day later they delivered the parcel by which time I had to refund the buyer or Ebay would step in and refund them and I have also lost the item. The buyer has no obligation to return the item. They avoid compensation payment by fobbing you off with no replies or scripted messages.
