Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience with the carrier themselves (Correos Express) who delivered a very damaged package that made the recipient complaint and threaten not to pay. It was so bad they send photos (from which I attach the most explicit one). But the cherry on top was that I was then billed extra (without my knowledge that paypal had left an open account) for a fraudulent claim that the package was bigger and heavier than contracted. This claim provided no proof, asked for proof that it was what it was, and immediately withdrew the cash. The claim however is that the package was 96x71x71… unfortunately that is the only part I have visual evidence that cannot in any way be right, but still the company refuses to acknowledge the error or the fraudulent practice of not having a proof-based strategy for this sort of problem.
