Stealing money from my credit card 3 × £14.40 ,i got my money being paid back by PayPal raised as FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY by packlink

I've used it 3 times to move my personal belongings, and each time I had a problem! 1) Parcel blocked at the custom because (I found out after days of calls) they need a copy of my ID, which doesn't appears in the instructions. 2) Parcel is rejected by the courier because of some issues with custom codes. After 9 days, I still don't know where the parcel is, why exactly it has been refused, if I lost the money for this shipment and what I should do prevent it from happening again. 3) Parcel has been delivered at a collection point, but I'm asked to pay custom fees. Being only personal belongings, I have tried to contact Packlink to ask for clarifications. Nobody replied. I moved to another country and I am still waiting to receive my stuff. I would never recommend Packlink. Better use Shipmybag or other services, maybe more pricey, but definitely more reliable!

Non reliable - do not use. My mum sent me a package at the end of September. After a couple of weeks I have opened a practice to check where my box was and they asked me to send them some documents, which I missed to sent and they told me the practice was archived. I then opened another practice and sent all the documents right away. They have been ignoring me and just keep closing my requested as “solved” but my package is still out there and they are still not taking responsibility for anything even though I insured the shipping. Awful service.

Worst delivery and customer service. They lost my delivery and offered 25% of the item value as compensation. They don't have a phone and their chat is completely dysfunctional

My experience has been terrible. Two months after getting my parcel I got charged 25 euros extra because according to Packlink, my pack was 2 cm wider than the accepted measure. And, "if you disagree please send us a photograph of the package to certify the weight and dimensions of your package (using a ruler to certify the dimensions and a scale for the weight)I will never use it anymore" . I throw away that box two months ago! Horrible service. Never again

currently have an accepted loss claim that has been awaiting payment since 13th September. Despite emailing on 5 occasions I have not even had a courtesy reply from Antonio who I believe is handling this after Victoria completed all of the work. All you can do with their complaints service is email back or go on the site where it frustratingly just tells you your case is still open. I have had to pay the buyer over 3 weeks ago £70 which is a lot of money when you are not a business. I am switching the majority of my business as a result.

Dear past and future customers of Packlink, I completely agree, from my very own personal experience that this is a terrible company and no one should never use them. But please don't despair if you are trying to claim from them and have not been able to. help is here !! I just got £1400 back from them for a damaged amplifier which they were refusing to pay. Please know that Packlink is a Spanish company. so please contact https://www.ukecc.net What is the UKICC? Packlink tried to charge extra for a wrong parcel weight which was not true. They accepted that it was an error and no charge would be made only for it to be processed through PayPal a week or so later. Watch out if using Packlink that your PayPal account has not been switched to "pre-approval" for Packlink which enables them to dip into your PayPal account without reference to you. Packlink seems to me to be operating on the limits of legality with an atrocious attitude to customers

I agree with all the reviews here. Do not use packlink, i sent a valve radio to a customer who was really looking forward to receiving it. It arrived smashed, a total write off. I was LIVED , all my work restoring it wasted. I have given up trying to get compensation as those who have tried will know its impossible. I WONT USE PACKLINK EVER AGAIN, I ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO

35+ mails, 25+ telefoongesprekken en €300,- kwijt. Mijn advies is om NIET te versturen met Packlink! Op 10/06/2022 is mijn pakket meegegaan met de koerier. Telkens op de verkeerde bezorgroute beland en hierdoor kwam hij dus niet aan op zijn eindbestemming. Toen heb ik aangegeven dat ik het pakket retour wil krijgen omdat ik het vertrouwen kwijt was. Dit was uiteraard mogelijk, maar het retour adres bestond niet volgens Packlink. Ik heb toen gebeld en gevraagd om dit dubbel te checken en toen kreeg ik de bevestiging dat het adres wel bestond. Ik heb toen 2 maanden lang elke week gebeld of gemaild met packlink om aan te geven dat het pakketje er nog steeds niet is. Na 2 maanden geeft packlink aan dat ze ook niet geloven dat hij meer komt. Nu gaf Packlink aan dat ik een schadeclaim mag indienen. Alles netjes ingevuld en toen kreeg ik na 1 week reactie van Packlink dat het pakketje in Duitsland is beland en hij nu uit Duitsland naar mij retour wordt gestuurd. Ik heb toen aangegeven dat dat ook prima is. Nu 1 maand verder nog niks ontvangen. Ook heb ik elke week geprobeerd contact te leggen maar ze reageren niet meer op mijn mails. Tijd en geld kwijt door Packlink. Net als meer mensen zo te lezen op Trustpilot. Betaal een paar euro meer en verstuur direct met een koerier. Vermijd Packlink!

Paid for delivery and then packlink tried to take a direct debit (subscription) each month. For the same amount. This was stopped and they have been frozen out of my account. We set up no DD and no subscription. We paid for the delivery of one parcel. This is fraud or bad accounting!

Packlink just make it impossible to contact them apart from emails which they ignore. Package costing £10 to ship / insure was damaged by UPS. Buyer agreed package was damaged when delivered. Packlink still refused to honour insurance claim and to top it off they seem to have now lost the package but are refusing to answer my emails (sent 9 so far) asking where it is. Seriously considering small claims court to get my property back off a company based in Spain that doesn't give a hoot about it's customers.

Una vergüenza y un fraude de compañía. Mi error al no comprobar antes que la única manera de contactar con packlink es a través de email, no hay atención al cliente ni por chat ni por teléfono. A través de packlink, TNT son los que se encargaban de transportar los paquetes, de los cuales solo 3 de cuatro llegaron, uno de ellos roto. El paquete perdido, al llamar a TNTpara preguntar por él, me decían que como Packlink era el que los había contratado, que todas mis quejas y preguntas tenían que ser a través de Packlink. Con todo esto, mientras los de Packlink por email me decían que habían puesto una reclamación a TNT, los de TNT me decían que Packlink no había puesto tal reclamación y que por ese motivo no buscaban el paquete perdido. Esto hace sentir al cliente impotencia, pues sabiéndo que el paquete estaba en la ciudad de destino en el aeropuerto de Barajas roto y perdido, no puedes hacer nada porque los de TNT se limpian las manos con el tema Packlink, y Packlink miente diciendo que contacta con TNT cusndo eso no pasa. Resultado esperado: se da el paquete por perdido, sin investigar donde está, no te indemnizan, a pedar de pagsr un seguro, y lo único que te dicen es, lamentamos las molestias. Resultado: cliente fustrado, enfadado y con una mano delante y a otra detrás. Nunca contraten envío de paquetes a través de PACKLINK, aunque pagues un seguro, si se rompe la mercancía o se pierde les dá igual, no te devuelven nada de dinero. Es mejor contratar diréctamente con la empresa de transporte, todas menos TNT que es otro fraude.

Just another fail. I'm repeatedly left out of pocket by these people. Please save some of your life and money. DO NOT USE PACKLINK. Shut this company down. Tracking shows parcel left on open doorstep in full view and not the enclosed porch the driver said it was

Quite a nightmare dealing with packlink. I sold a considerable amount of items through eBay/packlink of which two of the parcels arrived with broken items. I then put in a claim I had to show how I packed the parcels at each step, the invoice amount, proof of the address. 20 messages later you guessed it insufficient packaging. But packlink have these details so I am not sure why you have to prove where it’s being delivered to they have the tracking number. Then finally my 3rd parcel this was tampered with at the buyers address. I can’t get hold of the buyer to sigh a denial of receipt form so I have to sign an affidavit form. Please make sure you read every nit of there guide lines before using.

I bought through their website a UPS service. They forgot to tell UPS my email and telephone number. UPS could not find the address but since Packlink did not deliver my details they were not able to contact me. The package came back to me. They did not help in any way or neither gave me a refund saying that I should check every day the tracking instead of receving emails in case of problem.

Worst company ever. Don’t use it! They never came to pick up the delivery that I had booked, despite having paid and received a confirmation with an exact time and date. They have zero customer service so it was impossible to get in touch with them to find a solution. In the end, I had to actively CANCEL my pickup (despite having paid for it) and only then I could contact them through an automatic chat, which turned out to be completely unhelpful as I was unable to reschedule the pickup. I really needed to ship my things that very week so instead I used MyBaggage, which worked PERFECTLY and was much cheaper. Highly recommend that company instead! This experience was in June 2022, and so far I haven’t received a refund. Total scam, save your money and go for MyBaggage.

DO NOT USE PACKLINK - company is a scam, they will not pay claims for items damaged in transit even though i paid extra for insurance, customer service is terrible, wont reply to emails and took an hour and a half to get connected on online chat just to be fobbed off.

Shipment given to UPS. Parcel was ruined during transportation. Packlink keep saying they apologize but no action and they now don't even replt to emails.
