My parcel got lost , it had full insurance. Packlink still wont compensate my claim since 30 March 2021 ( 6 months as of now ).

Dear customers, I sincerely needed to leave this feedback because I had the worst experience ever dealing with Packlink.com. I'm a stylist and we had an important photoshoot for a huge Exhibition which required a shipment from Spain to London. The end of this shipment is that I placed it on the 31st of August and It's now the 20th of September and I still didn't receive it. The photoshoot got problems because of those missing looks as well as the designer that couldn't receive his samples back. The website promises a certain kind of service that wasn't guaranteed since the beginning. I would carefully value approaching the Packlink service due to a big lack of communication within the team as well as the service that they offer. We paid for an Express delivery that unfortunately wasn't "Express" at all! There was a problem with the invoice at the beginning that regarded the type of items inside the parcel followed by costs per each of the pieces inside. I contacted so the online chat for customer service to understand if I could've changed those mistakes. The guy replied that was easily possible just by filling up again the invoice attached in the email I received. Well, after declaring the items as "Samples" and after correcting the real cost of those samples which was wrong in the first instance, I sent back the corrected one. From that moment was a real story! I never received my "Express parcel" on time, I had to send fourth times the same exactly invoice because they're still saying that the invoice is wrong. So I don't understand who's joking me in this story. I decided to check so with the company TNT that was delivering my package through the Packlink.com booking collection. The surprise is that TNT didn't have any problem with the invoice and that the package should be delivered in two days. The service they promise is a lack of communication between Packlink and the company that's delivering the parcel to you. I'm really concerned about this experience, It's also my first time leaving feedback so negative because I literally never had this kind of experience before. I would think a little more before booking with them because the service and the care they offer it's really poor...

Pure horror when it comes to solve a problem with the customer service. Only auotamically generated answers. Because of Packlink I lost 40 Euro for nothing!

Wanted to give 0 star but there is no option to do that. Had sent a parcel(10kg) to my brother in UK from dublin on 05/08/2021 through UPS via packlink. The time shown for delivery was 3 days. It has been around 30 days now but the package has not been delivered. The tracking status kept showing that the package was refused by the receiver but my brother never got any phone call or ring at the door for the delivery. On contacting the packlink agent kept saying they would get back to me. I have been contacting them every alternate day to get a stats update but none of the agents were able to do so. Each time they aid they would get back to me. Its been 30 days now and still the packlink guys do not know anything about the package. My package is still in limbo somewhere and Packlink do not have a clue about it. I am sure even this rating is not going to make any difference to packlink as was apparent from all the communication I have received from them so far. PLEASE DO NOT USE PACKLINK IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL ACTUALLY DELIVERED.

When I signed on to Packlink Pro I had high hopes - someone was in touch immediately to help me get set up and going. Unfortunately once I was on board, I had a hard time getting in touch with my "account manager" who never replies to my emails anymore or returns my calls. I justified the extra price I paid for each Hermes delivery because I thought I would have human help to intervene in case things went wrong, but the extra cost where Packlink make their mark-up does not make for a better experience as a sender. The customer service is so deeply lacking in any human aspect that even though I purchased additional insurance for my deliveries they refused to process my claim despite my having given them beyond what could reasonably be expected in terms of evidence that the package was delivered damaged, resulting in significant loss for my little business.

They lost my laptop sent from the UK to Spain and did take no responsibility despite I paid the parcel insurance they offer. The customer service is rude and tries to confuse you so you do not claim anything. When trying to open a complaint on their webpage the information is always dubious and inexact, and there is no way to see what exactly the insurance covers. I never got my money back and lost my laptop, and that after 9 MONTHS of dealing with them and sending literally dozens of emails (no phone number available)!! Total scammers, avoid at all cost!

Nonprofessionals. Poor service. They will lose your package and they don't take responsibility for it. Pay to another company and don't waste your money on Packlink. They try to make you feel confused so you don't claim anything from them.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This is a fifth time Packlink charged me for oversized parcel (of course it wasn't), two month after successful delivery! Ones even £60! I always check the weight and the size of all parcels before posting! First few times I've believed that it could be a genuine mistake! There are no mistakes with decimal points or anything else! This is very well organised fraud, that is the way Packlink makes additional profits! eBay please stop using them!!! UPS or HERMES have got nothing to do with it! I have contacted both companies on several unpleasant occasions !Please everybody, when you dispute another unfair and illegal transaction from Packlink, do Not select unauthorized transaction, it is not going to work! Select Service not received option! Worked for me with PayPal!

If you want to lose your package or your deadlines, go ahead, choose work with packlink. Bought a service from Portugal to Cannes, and had someone to take from Cannes to Qatar. Company said 2 days for delivery, already 7 days and no clue where my luggage is. I lost connection to Qatar. Many complaints, their only answer: I have ask an answer from transport company! That's ALL! And I have insurance! So yes, if you want to lose luggage... be my guest! Patricia costa

Be carefull this company takes money from your account over a month after you last used them for no reason and PayPal do not want to know as its a pre approved payment, not good at all and will never use again. The company wants photos of the parcel over a month after its been posted? Be very very careful using Packlink

Do not use packlink, they will charge you after 1 months without permission from client side , they just scammers, they scammed me !!!!! I did order from them they calculated amount witch i have to pay i did payment and after 1 month they just changed me without communication with me !! Guys do not use them if you care about your money and bank cards, they can use your card details when they want !! Only scammers can charge you without permission

Same as others. Used packlink via hermes. Sent 2 x items both manufacture weight listed and proven under 2kg. Both charged at £5.90 delivery. 1 x item lost in post. Got email stating I owe them £600 as the 2 x items weighed over 2000kg!!!! and I paid originally £265 + Vat each for posting them. Worst is one of the items got lost I had to refund the buyer and now doesnt even look like I will get refunded even though I paid extra for full value of item (Which was £90 lol) Shocking avoid at all cost

Tried to charge me 265 plus vat for so say being 0.65 kg over weight The item i sent was half a kg under what they said As manufacturer confirmed weight

Before using Packlink I suggest reading every page of the packlink website in detail and apply it in anyway you can think to get no compensation when your item gets broken and then receive a month later a £12 + vat over size fee. So if you want to spend a long time reading their website, have your item your are sending broken and then not have compensation paid and get an over size fee for you not measuring it in a simple H X W X L method then maybe packlink is your solution. It certainly is not mine and will never ever use them again.

was send camera by ebay packlink and parcel missing.I was contacted with ebay packlink and they said probably parcel is missing (have to wait for more details)but I am sure parcel is stolen not missing !!! Same time I was send second camera and 3 another parcels.3 another parcels was delivered (low value of money) and both camera is missing. Be it a coincidence or theft? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!
