I am absolutely shocked by how Packlink treat their costumers. First, my parcels went missing due to an error solely on Packlinks side. When they are finally found and re-sent to me, approximately 3 months later, they are in absolute shambles. I had payed extra for insurance but my claim was rejected for completely unjustified reasons. Now they've also stopped responding - they just simply do not care about their costumers.
Do yourself a favour and do NOT use this company. They have scammed me and they will scam you too.
