I agree with all the reviews here. Do not use packlink, i sent a valve radio to a customer who was really looking forward to receiving it. It arrived smashed, a total write off. I was LIVED , all my work restoring it wasted. I have given up trying to get compensation as those who have tried will know its impossible.
