“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT LEGIT AND IS A TOTAL SCAM.
Recently placed an and paid using their payment service, initially paid £120 they then pointed out T's & C's so paid a further £410 which despite payment going through they denied receiving it, so i cancelled order and asked for refund which they said they are unable to do as my order was still pending.
I done a reverse image search on a picture they use to promote their product, the image relates to an award given to Arkansas Surgical Hospital in 2019 - although they have manipulated the image by changing wording.
I then done a search on Companies house and according the Gov.uk site PAINMEDUK was based in Canterbury Kent and was dissolved on the 28/11/2017, they currently show they are based in Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QA at number 169, having checked on this the company operating out of this address is Essentials Pharmacy.
I am currently in the process of Legal Proceedings involving various Law Enforcement agencies and looking into having their Website taken down and whatsapp account removed.”
“DOUBLE SCAM.
The website painmeduk looks legitimate however it is not. They pretend there is a product by showing photos and videos on WhatsApp. They then take your money. They state the product will be sent by Royal Mail but it isn’t. The “supposed” package is then sent by globaldiscreet.com who then demand £500 “refundable” insurance to deliver your package.
If you order anything more than minor pain medication it is £2000 insurance. The scam shipping company threaten and try to frighten you by saying they know what is inside the package. I obviously took a loss and did not pay the insurance as this is an old scam that most people are aware of. The scam is, there is no package to begin with and no receiver would ever pay insurance. They are obviously working together or on commission to scam you twice. Refundable insurance does not exist. There is a lot of waffle on WhatsApp from painmeduk that goes on for days about “delays” and “very busy with packaging and deliveries” before your supposed package is sent. They asked for a screen shot of my bank details to show I had paid and I obviously refused. Again this would be another scam. painmeduk depend on people to just go away and not report the scam because of the products they are selling. People need to report these scammers and protect others who may be vulnerable. I tested a small amount of money on these people and they failed dismally showing their true colours.”
“These fools stole my money. They are nothing else than a scam and that’s 100%. After that sad experience I discovered this website (KyleDuncan.is) and I’m now ordering from Kyle with success.”
