“Packaged my precious TT bike carefully with pillows and towels for protection. Paid £45 for delivery. Marked the box 'fragile' and 'this way up'. I can only describe the condition the box arrived in as disgraceful. Would not recommend using this company.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! DO NOT USE THESE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE ARRIVED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL WITHOUT THE PARCEL DRIVERS WORDS "FORGOTTEN IT IN THE DEPOT!!!!! BAD SERVICE CONTACT CENTRE IS RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO HELP AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

As advised by our customer service team, your parcels were not delivered on time as your parcels were separated at the hub and our policy is to wait until all parcels are received at the local depot then they are delivered. “Great service after a bad experience with Parcel2Go / Hermes. I had originally booked the collection / delivery of 2 bulky items via Parcel2Go & My Hermes. After 3 failed collections, without reason, 3 days of waiting in from 8am to 8pm, I decided to use Paisely Freight. Although slightly more expensive, the experience was the opposite end of the spectrum from Parcel2Go. Booking was easy, quickly confirmed and the driver (from APC) arrived mid afternoon on day of collection to collect the items. The parcels were delivered the next day. I have seen Paisely Freight recommended on several forums, I originally didn't use them due to the difference in price, however, it shows that price isn't everything! Great service, quick and reliable. Recommended.”

“What fast and fantastic service I received very easy to book on the website and very good service from start to finish. Information received on pickup and delivery. “We have used Paisley Freight in the past to ship expensive bikes but this was the last time! We used a standard bike box to post a £1,000 bike. They collected it no problem. 3 days later and the bike still has not been posted and the tracking doesn't work. The next day we get an email to say we owe them another £25 or they won't deliver the bike! It's now 4 days after we already paid £49 for next day delivery and they want another £25. Turns out the box was 5cm too big! Paid £75 and they delivered 5 days late. Will never use this company again- total rip off. You have been warned!”

Hi Terra, For items bigger than our stated dimensions (1.6m with the sum of the width and height not exceeding 1.2m) we are charged an excess which we then ask the customer to pay if they want to proceed with the booking. Until we receive payment for the excess we cannot continue to ship the product, hence why your bike was late to be delivered. Kind Regards Paisley Freight

“Amazing service. Booked on Monday for 4 x wheels delivery. Picked up Tuesday PM in Glasgow, arrived in Kent Wednesday AM. Will not hesitate to use again, brilliant service form start to finish. Also, all packaging details are on site to avoid any issues. Fantastic.”
