“Sorry to say driver failed to pick up the wheels the first time he had the phone number of the person ho was sending the wheels to me had to pay £9.99 for new collection day was so hard to try and speak to them no phone number to call them”

“Amazing service from start to finish, Bike box was dropped off on Thursday and collected yesterday and I recieved my bike today. Cant believe it can from midlands to scotland that quick thanks guys”

“Awful service. Bike damaged beyond repair - photos I shared showed how badly package was handled by the courier - got nowhere with them. Avoid.”

“Additional charges for taping together two tyres. Hidden in the packaging guide it said they should be separate. The driver collecting did not say anything and I got a £25 extra charge. Other couriers have tyres in pairs”

“What a great service for sending a bicycle. Ordered a box and packaging, all worked perfectly. Booked the delivery service for pick up one day later. All couriers were really friendly and the parcel was delivered the next day. Brilliant!”
