“Driver did not arrive on the booked collection day, was given a time of between 5pm and 7pm and there was no show. Customer service line closes at 5pm so no way to find out what was happening. Tried to call at 9.am the following morning but could not get through, was on hold for a long time then the call was terminated. Extremely frustrating. Was then emailled to be advised collection would be later on the second day. Driver finally arrived, he could not speak a word of english, could not answer basic questions. He then took the wheels and threw them into his van with absolutely no care, disgustng behaviour. I just hope the 3 hours I spent packing them up properly saved them from damage caused by the reckless driver's complete lack of care of people's property, he should be sacked from a job like this. I cannot recommend this company, and will never use again. Terrible, avoid if you can.”
