I have always got great products from this company and they are always fast to fix problems. I hope they won’t go to using AI on their phone service. I want to talk to a human. The AI chat sucks and I hope they will get rid of it.

Ordered a sar9 handgun and my ffl dealer got it in less than a week. The gun shoots great and the speed of service was OUTSTANDING

I had a few questions to ask some of the range and store associates. Not only did they call me back promptly, but they also reached out to me via email. I interacted with three staff members and they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. PSA customer service is truly next level!

Just received my item from PSA, very happy with the product and price, Caleb at customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable, he would say, “yes sir” after every sentence. To me that shows poise and respect, he definitely has core family values and it reflects upon the company. I will be using their online website in the near future and advise others to do the same. Great company, great customer service. Thank you.
