“I received my order and the item had a crack in it that likely happened during transport even though it was VERY well packed. I sent an email and got a very quick response and a express return label and was able to send it back within 24h of receiving it. I’ve yet to receive my replacement but awesome to deal with so far, and my item look awesome for what I paid except for the crack.”
