“What i thought was a good price for aftermarket bonnet with delivery turned out to be a nightmare, i stored the bonnet in my dining room while i was waiting for the panelbeater to contact me which took 7 months to get the car in took the car and bonnet to him still in its original packaging only to find out it had been damaged in transit with the courier company, so i called panel wharehouse and they told me because i didn’t check it completely and waited to long they will not do anything about this which is ridiculous as anything you buy should turn up in the condition you ordered as, needless to say i will never purchase anything from panel wharehouse again and will never recommend them either”

“LH Door hinge doesnt fit holes are not aligned in the panel to thread, RH door has large gaps around it 10mm front 15mm rear. Considering not using the doors at all and repairing my old ones. Panel house not answering emails with my issues and photos, yet had multiple replies from them up until the day they were shipped. Would not recommend buying from them. Paid for my own shipping because panel house wanted 4 times the amount it was actually worth to ship. So cant even just drive down to see them and sort out.”

“Would love to attach a photo of the product on the vehicle and post to the review however unfortunately the item does not fit the vehicle properly - unsure whether the online advertising is incorrect on the website but the 4wd guards are missing a clip to the bumper. Not really satisfied with the customer service also.”

“I’m giving a 5 star review, but I don’t know if black stars 🌟 or yellow stars are the right ones, I can’t click 5 yellow stars, so i click 5 black ones. Fantastic part , normal freight was really quick. Really good company. Will most certainly use again. Part I got was for a 1999 Nissan pulsar.really appreciate all your effort. “While my order arrived promptly, and was a reasonable price, the part should not be sold, or advertised as fitting my vehicle make model and year, so got that reason i dont endorse panel house and suggest people are very wary to purchase through them🤬🤬🤬”

“The panel’s purchased didn’t fit correctly and I had to pay a panel beater to install them and re drill the mounting holes and they still didn’t fit any where near as good as they should. The door handles purchased had the brackets back to front as tho they’re for a different car.”

“No insurance/ Part turned up no damage to the box but panel was damaged refused to take a photo prior to packing as its against company policy., now to fix the $500 plus part so I can use it yeah .”
