“Pre booked and paid this hotel late last year prior to any pandemic outbreak, service over phone and internet acceptable, then had to cancel due to safety issues for my family, global travel shutdown, not to mention deaths occurring in this country daily. Advised from their employee I could have a voucher, said no want full refund, then he agreed a full refund, then get email from employee KULDIP SAYING “We are really sorry to say that with the new rule by the government we can't refund anyone only can issue the voucher“ I called tourism authorities in Italy and they had never heard of this rule. This hotel are just trying to keep our money for no service provided and with ample time to rebook the room if they want, they are not out of pocket and if they were in Australia, a full refund would have been given immediately. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE due to their dishonest behaviour. AVOID THEM at all costs”
