Advised from their employee I could have a voucher, said no want full refund, then he agreed a full refund, then get email from employee KULDIP SAYING “We are really sorry to say that with the new rule by the government we can't refund anyone only can issue the voucher“ I called tourism authorities in Italy and they had never heard of this rule.

Pre booked and paid this hotel late last year prior to any pandemic outbreak, service over phone and internet acceptable, then had to cancel due to safety issues for my family, global travel shutdown, not to mention deaths occurring in this country daily.
