Unfortunately delivery was unsuccessful due to error on our part, but Panther immediately got in touch to rearrange delivery for the next day. Delivery driver was courteous when I spoke to him on mobile and staff customer service were brilliant ”

“ We've had two deliveries via panther. The first was excellent. The second the delivery team refused to deliver to the room, despite paying £25 extra for the service. Delivery man said it would take time, so refused. I now have to figure out how to manover the bed up two flights of stairs. Happy Beds dealt with the issue well and refunded the £25. ”
