They charged me £35 for a "plug and play" service when having a TV delivered which I paid for as they made it sound like a setup service (and the photo on the website shows this). When the delivery drivers turned up they said that all they do is plug it in to the mains to prove it works. They didn't even put it on the stand just laid it on the floor.

I ordered furniture a few months ago. Absolute shambolic way the delivery guys were dragging the fit bite using the handrails of rhe stairs.
the delivery guys almost left me with unopened di I tire and they had to be prompted ti take out the furniture from the box, as one of rhe delivery guys had gone back to the truck, so I was asked to assist with taking out the furniture
They did not take away the cardboard boxes or bin them, and I was left to dispose them
Worst delivery service, let alone ‘white glove service’
