Delivery due today they called when I answered they hung up tried calling back after a long wait they answered saying they would be about 30 minutes several hours later no Delivery, driver turned off phone and customer service a joke. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow now won't hold my breath. If not delivered I'll be contacting my bank to get a refund as they have had my money I want my order. Dodgy company, I would avoid.

Except now the item is £75 more than what I paid! They lie, are fraudulently "scheduling" orders and lieing to amazon about the customers response to the fraudulently scheduled delivery! I tried calling the customer service line, I waited forever in silence with no one to pick up.

Diabolical service delivery time was cancelled at last minute and just excuses given trading standards will be contacted on there services

I was given a morning timeslot for delivery which was woefully late and instead arrived in the late evening. I contacted customer service, who were unable to give me an arrival time as the driver had apparently turned his phone off or was ignoring them. In the end the delivery was 10hrs late

They saw the stairs and made every possible excuse not to do it saying they only had a 30 minute window to complete the job even though I had booked every possible service that came with the delivery.

Pretty terrible experience. Was getting delivered of garden furniture - refused to be of any help and essentially just abandoned the item at front door. Essentially bounced into accepting it by two people who seemed to have no interest in any kind of customer service. Wasn't convinced much more by the lack of care they displayed with other customers' items.
