“The colour was not as expected and did not look like sage green. They were more of an off-white green than sage. It was too late for me to return them as they were needed the day after they arrived and the customer was not happy with the colour.”
Sorry you were disappointed with the colour. We try and make the lantern pictures as close as possible to the actual lantern colours. You are welcome to return them for a refund if they are unused.
“IM LEAVING 1 REVIEW FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT COLOURS I ORDERED. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and customer service and the price was right too. I am happy to use you again, after moving to you from another supplier. Just be aware that some of the metal frameworks in some of the lanterns were going a bit rusty. It wasnt bad enough to effect our event this time, but one of the reasons I have changed suppliers is that my last order with them was terrible for rust, to the extend that some of the framework broke.”
