“This item was taking a long time to arrive. When I investigated, Paper Lantern told me I'd omitted my house number when I put in my details and so FedEx couldn't deliver. My mistake, I know, absolutely. But why didn't FedEx alert me or the company? The company had to chase them up to find out the problem.
It did eventually arrive, after I'd emailed the company again to ask if it was on its way. They didn't reply until it had been delivered, the following day, and then said slightly defensively that their records showed it had been delivered that day. No acknowledgement of how long it had taken.
The shade itself is fine, and good value, but I would describe the colour as more on the turquoise side than teal.”
“The colour was not as expected and did not look like sage green. They were more of an off-white green than sage. It was too late for me to return them as they were needed the day after they arrived and the customer was not happy with the colour.”
Sorry you were disappointed with the colour. We try and make the lantern pictures as close as possible to the actual lantern colours. You are welcome to return them for a refund if they are unused.
