“I love this company. Stationary is high quality and maybe a little more expensive but well worth the extra. I have just received my order and as always it was well packaged. I regularly buy from paperchase stores and always end up buying when visit. The range of stock is always changing so I can't help but buy ????”

“Just popped in to buy a card, lady at the counter asked if I wanted to sign up for a paperchase loyality card. She reckoned it'll only take 10 seconds, so I said okay lets try, low and behold i'm signed up, and in under 10 seconds, It was the friendly banter at the checkout that made me remember the place.”

“I went to the store in Ringwood, 15 minutes before it shut, they had locked the doors and were stood there chatting, only to dismiss me with a look and mouth "We're closed". Absolutely shocked, what store shuts 15 minutes before when there are still customers outside and does not leave a sign in front of the door!”

“I placed an order 10 days ago, and with my Treat Me card I expected next day delivery. It wasn't delivered. I sent an email to customer services, no one ever replied. I got a number from one of their stores and called the customer services, a week later than the original order was placed. They said they would place a replacement order, again next day delivery. Surprise, surprise, I wasn't even shipped the next day. Called them again, no one answered. Sent another email to customer services, no one answered. After spending about an hour on the phone, trying to contact the head office, finally I managed to get through to someone. They contacted the warehouse, and told me the parcel would be delivered the next day, so an extra day added to my original next day delivery, 10 days so far. This is the latest update I have from them this morning from the delivery company: "Your parcel has NOT arrived with us; we'll let you know as soon as it does and confirm it's on its way to you". I do like their products, but their services are simply appalling. I honestly don't know what to do any more. I have spent more time on the phone trying to track my order than I would have spent going to the store and buying all those items.”

“LOVE PAPERCHASE! I am always ordering cards, wrapping paper, little gifts and school supplies. All the themes at Paperchase are so cute and my daughter is always delighted to get a new surprise. I sit with my diary and order birthday cards, anniversary cards and any other events that we have coming up so I'm all ready and organised. If I'm in a store I forget everything I need to get. They ship fast and always send what i order. It's simple and actually fun!”
