I like the availability/variety of products and am happy to support smaller shops. I dislike the extra fee and the cost/logistics of returns. Paying so much for return shipping really turns me off to ordering things like sneakers that I haven’t already owned and know my exact size.

I asked for a size change before it was sent out, and I had an email to say yes no problem, when item arrived it wasn't wasn't right size despite them saying no problem. Best they could do was send a returns label out, and hope the replacement would get to me before Xmas as it was a gift.

I appreciate being able to get specific brands from multiple stores through one site but one of the shirts in my order was not what I ordered and was an XL. I only ordered mediums. Also, there aren’t free returns so I’m worried that they’ll still charge me shipping for returning an incorrect order.

Bought a pair of Vans Hi-SK8 pros in a size 9 and have received a pair in a size 10, in a box that says size 9, brilliant..
Returns policy is not ideal so I'm wearing thick socks...

I very much like the site and the platform it offers smaller stores. However, not having returns organised by the site itself and having to arrange a return myself probably makes me unlikely to use the site again.
