“ Scammers! They said they delivered the package and that I signed it, but I did not! The delivery driver most likely stole my package and the company is not helping. ”

“ There's a pattern here, clearly - same issue, they faked an "attempted delivery". In reality, two people were at home, no one came, no door bell, no card left, just a driver who couldn't be bothered to do the delivery on a Friday and lied. I will be avoiding every company who uses them for delivery from now on. Absolutely abysmal service, they shouldn't exist. ”

“ Usually they're OK but twice in the last ten days - mid march 2025 - the tracking system has stalled and a 48hr delivery took a week . And they delivered one parcel to the wrong address and the photo was of a different parcel . So 90% fine , 10% disaster. ”
