“ They asked what is my preference to deliver my parcel, so I picked to delivery to my neighbour. ”

“ There's a pattern here, clearly - same issue, they faked an "attempted delivery". In reality, two people were at home, no one came, no door bell, no card left, just a driver who couldn't be bothered to do the delivery on a Friday and lied. I will be avoiding every company who uses them for delivery from now on. Absolutely abysmal service, they shouldn't exist. ”
