“ Nothing new to report, just the usual lies about delivery attempt made and card left with instruction about what to do. Why do companies use this service, I wont buy from this supplier again. Friday afternoon, is there a pattern here. ”

Only instructions I had was will deliver next day , do they expect you to stand by door for 24/7 ”

“ Supposedly made 2 attempts to deliver which is a total lie no cards left and I even took the morning off work for the 2nd attempt! Now got to travel 30miles to collect my parcel so why am I paying for delivery (joke of a company) we will now be asking all our suppliers to use another contractor to deliver even if we have to pay more! ”

I paid £5 to have the parcel delivered as it saved me a 25-mile round trip to pick it up and petrol would have cost me not far of the £5. I wish I had just collected the thing, three days and counting for a parcel to be delivered only 12 miles, it arrived at the delivery hub this morning, that is about 3 miles from the source. ”

“ Shocking. Express 48 I assumed 48 hours… maybe it was 48 days. Non existent customer services. My parcel tracking says it’s been out for delivery 3 times but they tell me it hasn’t even left the sorting depot. Clowns. ”
