“ Disgusted by parcel forces delivery service I would never suggest to anyone to use this company, I paid a customs charge then the tracking reproduced a payment charge so there for they would not deliver my parcel even though I paid a customs charge there customer service is diabolical and just be prepared they will drain you for days mentally sending you on a while goose chase I suppose when you pay pnuts you end up getting a bunch of monkeys ”

I ordered something from France for a friend, it got to the UK no problem, then it arrived at Parceforce depot, they attempted to deliver twice, leaving a card, tried calling the number numerous times, was left hanging for hours (no exaggeration) didn’t get to speak to anyone, told over and over to go to their website and book a redelivery, which I did 3 times, to be safe, redirected to my post office. ”
