Half items missing from parcel. Slow customer service. Really complicated form to fill in at my end to make a claim. Refused to refund shipping costs or send replacement items. I definitely won't be buying from them again!

Horrible customer service!!! The worst! They don’t reply to mails, it’s awful to get through the phone and even if you get through they’re not helpful. They gave me USED products. Dirty and swatched.

Same old story unfortunately. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Aftershave has not arrived. Order was paid 15 days ago. The courier tracking number they sent is not recognised. They have not responded to my emails and their automised customer service number leaves you hanging and then cuts you off. Horrible feeling I've been scammed.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a perfume from them almost a month ago and it hasn't arrived. I have emailed their customer service several times but they are ignoring my emails and they don't pick up the phone either. I am now having to go through my bank to request a chargeback. Don't trust this company with your money!

The customer service person is nice, but being nice won't solve problems, because the company's customer service is suck.

I waited over two months for my order, that never came. No explanation or communication from. The company. I recieved a refund with no apology or explanation. That is terrible customer service.

I ordered two tubs of hair cream. I only got one. They asked me for photos, I told them I couldn't take a photo of something that wasnt there. They wouldn't refund me as I wouldn't send them a photo. I asked to speak to a manager, the denied me that request. Very poor service.
