“I had a misfortune to work for this lot and I have a nausea just to think of that period. I was a driver there. I really felt for the customers for the shocking service they're almost always received. Luckily vehicles I drove never been damaged as I treated them better then my own car. Working conditions are appaling. There was no bathroom or toilets, employees going to the bush if nature calls. At winter time all waterpipes are frozen cos their exposed to the open, to the elements, so there is no water. It is substandard condition and owners don't want to hear about it. Many of the drivers substance users as they driving 12-14 hrs/shift which could be any hrs of 24/7 they want to stay awake. On the top of it, many of drivers not getting paid for 2-3 months, or getting only partial pays. They're refuse to deal with tax, all have to pay their own dues, but its pretty damn difficult when you only get half what you're owed. Its been yrs since I worked for them, when I left they're owed me over £2.000 and I'll never see that money. Shocking part is they're still in business. I don't get it, our country the mighty UK allow this to happen???? They can get away with all this??
This is a WARNING do not work for them or leave your vehicle parked in their care, as you'll be truly sorry.
You'll be robbed, abused and ignored and looks like there is nothing you can do about it.

“Came back from holiday and car has been returned dirty everywhere including inside and passenger side. After cleaning car see there's been so many scratches (this car only 2 weeks old). The people when called didn't sound bothered and it's absolutely ridiculous. The watchdog need to check out this people including the trading standards (who I'll contact). If they don't bother paying to fix these scratches court it is. Idiots. Avoid this company.”

Shocking service and even more shocking speaking to them. To cut a long story short, they were over an hour late to drop off our car and when they did finally ariive the guy gave me the keys and left very quickly.
I realised why as soon as I started driving the car, part of the under car chassis was hanging off.
When I called to complain I was met with rudness and when I emailed I was ignored...”
“I strongly advise against using the Meet & Greet service offered by this company at Gatwick. The atrocious service may well turn out to be the least of your problems - as it was for me. My car was (eventually) returned in a damaged condition. The driver was totally uninterested "I'm just the driver" and he had no idea concerning who I might contact for compensation. After protracted correspondence with the company , with most of my communications being ignored, I was eventually made a derisory offer of compensation, which I refused. I took the company to court and successfully obtained a CCJ (County Court Judgement) against them. They have ignored the court's instruction to pay me compensation. I now either have to let the matter drop or send in the bailiff (at further expense) to seize assets to the value of my claim. The problem with the latter course of action is that I strongly suspect that the company will have no tangible assets to seize (the bailiff cannot seize goods essential to the running of the business). I believe that they have other outstanding CCJ's against them.
Be warned. This really is not a company that you should trust to get anywhere near your vehicle!”
