“The service was fine. Instructions were clear for drop off and pickup and the drivers were on time. I was even assured that they would monitor my return flight and be there to meet me even if it was delayed. But, my flight back from the States was re-routed due to weather and I changed to a different arrival flight. At the time I knew the new flight number it was after midnight in the UK. So I called them and they answered at such a late hour on the landline, much to my surprise and dealt with the change and I even got a email confirmation straight away. Only gripe was when returned the seat was adjusted which I could undertstand but heat settings and radio? But will use again!”

The only comment I would make for improvement is that it was not clear that we had to telephone before arrival at T2 to ensure that the driver was available to meet us and park our car. That aside, the experience was superb, staff courteous and the service was very easy to use.”
