“Process for booking was good. Selected mainly on price compared to other options. I don't have hands free car phone so it's very difficult to phone 15 minutes before arrival while on M60 to say I will be at T3 at the time I said in my booking. Surely the phone call is only necessary if the arrival time at departures is going to be different to the time confirmed on booking? Met on time at Terminal 3 departure location and when back.”

“Arrival at T3 couldn't have been easier. With a new born baby to carry, plus prams and luggage the convenience of being able to leave the car and be in departures immediately was priceless. However the main advantage of this service was the pick up. After 3 weeks and unseasonably cold weather the car didn't start. Parkbutler called us constantly, keeping us updated so we weren't waiting around whilst they jump started it for us. So effective were they that we didn't even have time for a coffee before they informed us that they had got the car started and were waiting for us! Had we left it in long stay we would have been hours waiting for AA with a baby to entertain in the cold! Instead we were home within 2hrs of landing! Brilliant.”
“These services can be very variable. After an awful experience with another firm in Manchester, I wondered if it was worth doing again. This firm were very punctual and very polite. I would go so far as to say that they have been the best Meet & Greet service we've used. We'll certainly use them again.”
“Arrival was fine and as I had to change cars on the morning staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately departure was a different matter, I rang after I had picked up my bags as required but the car took nearly 30 minutes to arrive they said they had tried to ring me (but i had no missed call) and they had sent the car back to the car park!”

“Departing early on Good Friday morning I was apprehensive if promised service could be delivered, I need not have worried. At 20 minutes prior to agreed booking in time I received a call enquiring where on the M25 I actually was and reassuring me that if I was a little late it did not matter. The check in and return were seamless. The only improvement I can suggest is better signage regarding the business fast track but I assume that is out of the control of this company, it is not as clear as it could be how you reach the ticket barrier to the business fast track once you have passed the normal car park barrier. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anybody leaving from terminal 5.”
