Irrelevant scratches on the bumper and extremely subtle unevennesses is the bodywork were inventoried. This was a worry as I felt that it left me with no means to prove real damage, should it have occurred during my absence. I decided next time I might have to photograph the car before departure if this procedure hadn't been improved by then.”
