“We phoned 20 min before arrival, as instructed, and the messge was not passed on, as 10 min later we got a call asking if we were on our way. On the return journey, we phoned to say we had arrived, then realised we had come in at a different terminal (3). This time though the message was passed on and the car arrived at the rite time and place.”

The slightly higher premium I paid for the meet and greet service was most decidedly worth it. I will definitely use this service again and have no hesitation on recommending.”

“Excellent service. I arrived earlier than booked time and despite snowy conditions a driver arrived within 10 mins and arrived promptly on the return journey. It was not the most expensive option and was worried that this would matter but I could not fault the service and it is very good value for money.”
