“Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusted with aftersales support. 2 year warranty on products is non existant, and covers nothing. Bought a jetwash, used it a total of 8 times, first time the pump failed, and on the 8th use, the lance split. Their arrogant customer service said it's up to me to prove it was a manufacturing fault! Really offensive and curse when emailing, and wouyld never use them again, no matter how cheap they were. My only consolation is that companies with such poor customer service levels often go bust in a relatively short space of time. Bad actors like this do not deserve business. Don't go near them, you have been warned!”
