“Website was very difficult to use when it came to customizing the signs. Font sizing was the worst part. Didn't work effectively. Was nearly impossible to work on a mobile phone. Had to switch to a desktop, and then it was still a challenge.”
“Our Signage is for a Girl Scout Gold award and I asked the Customer Service Rep. If you had donations or a discount for special awards and I feel he could of put me on hold and asked a manager. He simply said No; The Gold Award is equivalent of the Eagle Award in Boy Scouts and it is an Honor to be able to do these but a lot of these kids need help with donations and fundraisers. Just a thought for next time.”
