1/2 hr on the phone with Lincoln who was very helpful. When he transferred me to management team, I got a recording that they are not available.”

“It took 2 days to finish this order. The chat agent could not tell me why 1 sign cost $9.65 and 2 signs cost $36.22. There was nothing on the site that stated the first sign is discounted but not the second sign. I called support but didn't receive a call back. I was able to reach support live today and the agent was helpful. She did get me a better price, but it's still over $20 per sign when ordering 2, including tax and shipping.”
