“Ordered a couple of things and one went missing. At first I was dealing with Evri who kept saying it was “lost” after nearly 3 weeks, I gave up and reached out to Pars Essentials. Honestly, they were great. They explained that Evri told them the item got damaged and was being returned so they refunded me straight away without any fuss. Happy”

“Shipping was free so I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but the package arrived the very next day which was a nice surprise. I ordered beautiful rugs not the most thrilling purchase I know but they were exactly what I needed and just as described. All in all a smooth and positive experience.”
