“Ordered a rug as it advertised free next day delivery. I contacted them the following morning as no communication from the courier to confirm delivery. Several excuses, I had ordered too late for next day delivery, the email confirmation of the order did not advise the order was too late. They were having issues with their couriers and delivery could be Friday or Monday! Several emails sent to cancel the order and to refund the payment but no reply.”

“Unfortunately, when unrolled, the rug we had ordered was found to contain a flaw. Spoke to Lewis at Pars Essentials, he immediately organised a collection and within a couple of days, the replacement arrived, flaw free. Really pleased with the product and just couldn't fault their service or their communication of what was going on. Highly recommended.”
