“Unfortunately, when unrolled, the rug we had ordered was found to contain a flaw. Spoke to Lewis at pars essentials, he immediately organised a collection and within a couple of days, the replacement arrived, flaw free. Really pleased with the product and just couldn't fault their service or their communication of what was going on. Highly recommended.”

“Ordered a couple of things and one went missing. At first I was dealing with Evri who kept saying it was “lost” after nearly 3 weeks, I gave up and reached out to Pars Essentials. Honestly, they were great. They explained that Evri told them the item got damaged and was being returned so they refunded me straight away without any fuss. Happy”

“I had a problem with a beautiful basket delivery order, where the basket had been cut open. Whilst that was very disappointing, Pars Essentials response to the issue was superb. Marrissa W sorted the problem out over live chat instantly, arranging for a replacement to be dispatched the same day. I was very impressed with this response”
