“The tracking shows that my order was delivered, but I have not received anything. According to the tracking information, Evri marked it as delivered on the road, but when I checked the delivery location, there was no parcel to be found. Very disappointing.”

“Shipping was free so I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but the package arrived the very next day which was a nice surprise. I ordered beautiful rugs not the most thrilling purchase I know but they were exactly what I needed and just as described. All in all a smooth and positive experience.”
