Their description mentioned NOTHNG of the damage, and since it was so well protected by bubble wrap, it wasn't damaged during shipping! It was sent that way.
Their excuse for doing nothing is it took too long for my complaint. NP! BEWARE!!! These shiestets do not stand behind what they sell. Sure, I should have unwrapped it immediately, but my wife and I were a little wrapped up with her new bilateral above the knee amputations! The spoiler wasn't that high a priority for the past 6 months!”
