“Fault noticed or developed after about 3 hours use of the PAPR welding mask; filter not darkening when arc is struck and hairline crack on self darkening filter. Returned for warranty repair to be told not covered and given repair quote in excess of the helmets current price. Had to chase after 3 weeks before any response. Not assured of the quality or robustness of the XR937H helmet or that the warranty is of any value other than for marketing.”
