All items expect one sent wrapped in carrybag leaking & meshed up when received . One item Hand wash not dispatched ( cost ₹45/-) as mentioned in invoice although prepaid order . Inspite of writing to Patanjali number of times , no response received at least about item not sent although received amount . Very poor service & no value of individuals order .”
