I ordered the Star Dust || Silver Oasis watch (order #107870SB) for my son's birthday and paid $184.71 USD with my credit card.\r\n\r\nHowever, on September 4, 2024, I noticed that the order hadn't arrived. Upon tracking it, I discovered that it had been canceled without any notification via email or otherwise. I contacted customer support and received a response from Pam, who apologized for the inconvenience and explained the cancellation. She offered a 15% discount on my next order if I sign up for the newsletter.\r\n\r\nI requested to speak with the General Manager about this issue, but I have not yet received a response.\r\n\r\nIs this resolution fair in your opinion?"

"Ich w\u00fcrde jedem von einem Kauf abraten. \r\nPaul Rich m\u00f6chte als gehobener Uhrenhersteller angesehen werden ist allerdings weit davon entfernt. Die Qualit\u00e4t ist sehr schlecht(wahrscheinlich aus fernost). \r\nBei meiner Star Dust- Silver haben sich die einzelnen Ziffern auf dem Zifferbaltt gel\u00f6st und liegen nun lose in der Uhr herum. Da meine Garantie erst seit 2 Monaten um ist, finde ich es erstaunlich schwach dass meine Reklamation sofort abgewiesen wird. Dabei liegt der Fehler definitiv nicht bei mir, sondern es ist ein Materialfehler von Paul Rich. \r\n\r\nFazit: \r\nDas Design ist zwar sch\u00f6n, die Qualit\u00e4t jedoch sehr schlecht. \r\nIch rate vom Kauf auf jeden Fall ab."
