Flowers had been ordered as a gift for me by my sister in California. They tried to deliver but I wasn’t in and I couldn’t collect as I had no car available to me. Called Pauline herself who very willingly gave me a credit for a bunch of flowers to collect at my convenience.

“we ordered flowers for my daughters specials birthday with us. Asked for a 5pm delivery as were collecting from the airport. Told we would have some really lovely blooms.
The flowers were delivered next door on the day of delivery 2hrs early. The flowers were beautiful, my daughter enjoyed them as they were form her 2 sons. The next day the blooms started to wilt and went on to do so within the week. She was rather upset as she wanted to take them home. They were looked after and watered
We have since purchased more flowers to replace what she has lost. Flowers last about 10 days plus. Online florist lasted over 10days. We will not use this florist again.”
