I've bought a backpack that broke after the first use. It's been 2 months since I've returned the item and still haven't got a refund. I've contacted them numerous times via chat, email and phone but all I got is promises and apologies but no refund. They've wasted my time and money and I'm very angry and disappointed with them. I'm not going to buy from them anymore and I'll tell everyone about my bad experience.

Terrible service, First order lost in transit, second order said was in transit, but wrong colour, tried to cancel order, agent said they were in transit and could not be cancelled, then all of a sudden they could, because they had not even been dispatched. This is day 20 waiting, now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Shocking service from a branded company. CAN NOT RECOMMEND.

Order sandals on line waited 10days to collect from store, went to try on in store one sandal glue marks on front other sandal scuffed didn't even look like new very disappointed now waiting for refund back into my account don't know how long this will take.

Loretta boots the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, like a cushion all day. Service good, delivery prompt.
My complaint, they are leather boots and the soles are NOT repairable. A reputable shoe repairer told me, not possible due to the moulding. When they are worn down that's it!
I returned them to Pavers, and they did willingly refund me. But no explanation, and I'm wondering was I just unlucky, shall I order another pair?

Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of boots to receive an email notification less than an hour later telling me I was receiving a refund. I received no information as to why I was getting a refund. I had to enquire - and then was told (via automated email) due to high demand they couldn't fulfill my order. I would avoid disappointment and not bothering ordering - that was my first purchase attempt and won't try again.
