“This course is well thought out and starts with the basics before moving on to more detailed dog training. I am enjoying the course and looking forward to moving on to the more detailed or in depth part of the training that I really need to apply as an example.”

“I couldn't even go in. Everything is paid.. You could have tried it for at least 2 days, I didn't like it at all. I didn't even look at what was there and how, although my friends said that they liked it and they dress their pets.”

“When the trainer started talking about nutritional methods, we tried very hard to get him to a healthy weight when he was a puppy. We started using food as an educational reward and it helped a lot. The course is worth the investment.”

“Very poor experience, they will charge you recurring fees without notifying you. They say that they told you this in the fine print up front, but very few people will realize this of course and they won't refund you the recurring charges because you agreed to it when you signed up. This is not right and is not a good way to do honest business but they do it because they can scam many people in the process. They will likely reply to my review saying it was in the fine print when I signed up so I should have known about it! Legitimate online businesses send you a notification prior to the recurring charge coming in 3-5 days so you can act on it to cancel if you desire. If and when you complain they will just try to give you more free time even though you simply want to cancel and get your recurring charge refunded, you don't want more free time. Beware!”

“I really like that they have those chats with dog experts. It helps me to get a personalized tips and chat with dog handler whenever I need. Makes it worth the cost,since the training program seems to be generic. It is working, but it is hard to say how it is personalized for my dog breed and specifics...”

“I signed up to what I though was a three month dog training course, after seeing an ad on Instagram. There was no email to confirm what was purchased when I signed up for the course, very poor quality dubbed/ not useful dog training videos, and then Paw Champ doesn't inform you that they'll be charging additional money for a ‘subscription’ three months later. There is nowhere on their website to check what subscription/ membership details you signed up for, so no way of knowing, or cancelling, until after you have been charged. I would encourage anyone charged in the same way to report your experience to the ACCC if you are Australian and/or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Better Business Bureau (BBB).”

“Most reputable companies will email you to remind you that a subscription is coming up to be renewed, but not this company because they don't want you to have a chance to cancel. I appreciate that it is the users responsibility to cancel, so that is why I am warning any potential consumers now - do not purchase this product. The videos for training are no more than poorly read dog training books with someone barely performing the training tasks. I am so disappointed in this company and their completely shady dealings.”

“Watch Out for Paw Champ’s Subscription Policy Paw Champ’s subscription system lacks transparency. Once signed in, there are no clear account details—no billing history, no upcoming charges, and no easy way to cancel. The only subscription info is buried in the legal section, and they don’t send renewal reminders. I got great help with my dog’s behavior, but I didn’t realize when to cancel and was charged for an extra month. While it follows their policy, it feels misleading compared to other modern subscriptions. If you use Paw Champ, cancel as soon as you’re done—or consider a local trainer for a more straightforward experience.”

“This is basically a scam as the videos are terrible dubs with no real value. The translations are terrible. They also don’t let you know that the price doubles after the first month and to unsubscribe is a ridiculous hassle. Stay away from this terrible company.”
