“I missed the cancelation period as my mom had cancer and died suddenly. They wouldn't issue a refund of $66. I will share my experience with everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I paid $49.95 for a one time purchase of dog training for an older dog that had become incontinent I never agreed to any subscriptions and shortly after buying this, I realized my dog was in renal failure, and she passed away in February. it is now the end of March and I received a charge on my credit card for $119 that I never agreed to. you can’t call them, but you can submit a request for an email response of which they told me that I needed to prove that their training didn’t work to be eligible for a refund and that at best they would give me a free month of dog training mind you the dog is deceased, which I felt was the most insensitive response I’ve ever heard. I asked for proof that I agreed to a subscription they could not provide it. They refused to give any kind of refund said that they’d be open to other options but offered nothing. I’m dealing with this from a different direction now just be warned. This is not a company you wanna trust with your credit cards”

“I guess I missed the fine print.. thought I was paying 9.99. Did not realize it was monthly and went up to $38. I did not find the platform helpful and asked to cancel and a refund before the new month began. They would not give me a refund and now paid 38 dollars for this month. Please read the fine print. you can find everything they offer just from a Google search it is definitely not worth $38 a month do not sign up.”

“I only signed up for the basic course, now I have been charged $82.96 AUD for Premium. No notification they were going to charge me. Very ordinary basic course, that is why I wouldn't have signed up for anymore. Total scam. Less than 1 star.”

“Its basically like stealing.. They are not clear at the time of enrollment that you will be charged DOUBLE after your initial plan runs past its introductury period (which you paid for anyway)... “⭐ 1 Star Review for Paw Champ I signed up for a 4-week plan with Paw Champ, and nowhere during the payment process was it made clear that I would be automatically charged for future payments. There was no clear indication that I was committing to an ongoing subscription. When I noticed the unexpected deduction from my account, I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to issue a refund for a charge I never agreed to. This feels like a deceptive business practice, and I would caution others before signing up. If you’re considering using Paw Champ, be very careful and check for hidden subscription terms. I regret using their service and would not recommend it.”

“I signed up thinking they honor the money back guarantee, but they do not. Strings are attached to that, which was not clear when I signed up, plus I did not realize this app does not cancel through the setting/subscriptions area on my iPhone. That said, I did not like the app because the videos are slow and have a voice over into English. Not worth the money at all and quite a scam to get those rather high monthly payments.”

“Very poor experience, they will charge you recurring fees without notifying you. They say that they told you this in the fine print up front, but very few people will realize this of course and they won't refund you the recurring charges because you agreed to it when you signed up. This is not right and is not a good way to do honest business but they do it because they can scam many people in the process. They will likely reply to my review saying it was in the fine print when I signed up so I should have known about it! Legitimate online businesses send you a notification prior to the recurring charge coming in 3-5 days so you can act on it to cancel if you desire. If and when you complain they will just try to give you more free time even though you simply want to cancel and get your recurring charge refunded, you don't want more free time. Beware!”
