Customer support is careless and fraud company. Very bad company, don't know who is md of this fraud company. No responses on time. They promise you will get an amazon voucher but after that once you get the loan they stop reply. They make false promises.
Please aware of this company before taking loan.
Agents told me the interest rate will be 16% but actually they are charging 24% interest and charge more EMI. Now they are no receiving the phone. Charging more and more interest.
There is no office nor customer care number. after two or three calls the agent stopped responding , I wrote the mail but they are not response to mail also.”
“Payset has been the same issue for the last 6 to 7 months, Nach is active but it won't be deducted every month, paysense app is not opening as i am outside India working, i am a NRI.
I need to contact Mr. Manju +91 76769 47216 (Customer service) person and request for the UPI link via Phone pay and then make the payment.
It is the same issue going on every month, hence i request you to look into the issue and do the needful ASAP.

I hav took a loan just before pandemic. After pandemic I have lost my job due to that I won’t be able to pay the EMI on time. So they have started calling me relatives and friends after few talks they used bad words and said he ran away and They don’t know how to talk to the clients very mannerless company.
One of there caller is saurab patil (sanjay rajpurohit)he is very arrogant and use lots of bad words he says meet me where you want to meet I will show you who the hell I am this type of threaten .Given by the caller if you start countering them by their own words. Few days back i hav lost my grandfather. I hav request them pls wait i will try to arrange the pay right now i dnt hav money to pay you .. im into some family rituals . That fellow started commenting on some personal stuff... which beyond the level ...
i thnk so we should file a complaint against them .. im goona file a cAse against recovery agency , Paysense , mr saurab patil..”

I don’t know what kind of attitude girls they were hiring. This company completely scam they won’t give you anything instead they will collect your data’s.
