“I needed to edit my order after realizing I entered the wrong salary option. I can not edit that field through the EDIT link provided. I have called the 800 number 6 times and left messages 5 times, I have emailed into support twice and I have left a message on the chat bot on their website. I have not gotten any reply of any kind. Worst Customer Service!”

“Pay period was generated incorrectly on the last stub and NEVER CORRECTED, despite my request. I ordered an individual stub and the same typo occurred. I was refunded for that stub but the correction on the first order was NEVER DONE. So, I should have been refunded for the incorrect stub on that order as well. Very poor customer service.”
