When I raised a return request, my request was denied and I was asked to avail the 1 yr warranty.
Why would I leave the comfort of my home and visit service centre to get the earbuds, that I PAID FOR TO PAYTM. Why will the service centre give me free earbuds, as the WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER THAT.
