Highly inefficient and PATHETIC RETURN POLICIES. The earphones that I ordered, Phillips SHQ1205, came WITHOUT EARBUDS, and the additional 3 earbuds were MISSING TOO. Moreover, the product was not genuine and was a copy. When I raised a return request, my request was denied and I was asked to avail the 1 yr warranty. Why would I leave the comfort of my home and visit service centre to get the earbuds, that I PAID FOR TO PAYTM. Why will the service centre give me free earbuds, as the WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER THAT. I am trying since 5 DAYS TO sort this issue. HIGHLY INEPT, LOUSY, INCOMPETENT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.
